What we collect

• Account info: name, email, workspace preferences.
• Content you or your agents create in the product.
• Usage telemetry to keep the service reliable.

How we use it

We use your data to run Skyreach for you, route requests to the best available model, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data. Your content is not used to train foundation models.

Third-party AI providers

When Skyreach routes a task, the required prompt is sent to the selected provider (e.g. OpenAI, Google, Anthropic). Providers process the request under their own terms and delete request payloads on their own schedules.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is scoped per workspace. We follow the principle of least privilege internally.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from account settings. To make a request in writing, use the contact page.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences. No third-party advertising cookies.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll notify signed-in users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
