Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account with Ryanflix Skyreach ("Skyreach", "we", "us"), a product of Ryan Satellite, Inc, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. The service

Skyreach provides an AI-powered business operator that orchestrates multiple third-party AI models and automates business workflows on your behalf. Availability of underlying models is best-effort; Skyreach routes to the next available provider when one is unavailable.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Skyreach to send spam, generate illegal content, harass others, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt the service.

5. Autonomous actions

Agents may take actions on your behalf (send emails, publish posts, book calls). You are responsible for reviewing approval settings and for the actions taken under your account.

6. Fees

Pricing is displayed in-app. Founding-member pricing is honored for the lifetime of an active subscription.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate — verify critical decisions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. On termination we will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
